Technical appetence :

It is essential and present in our interns and young engineering school graduates.

We develop it as needed to bring our consultants up to the level of the tools used during our missions.

Functional appetence:

It is linked to technique and develops thanks to it.

Our future and young graduates start at RADèS on technical missions and, thanks to it, acquire knowledge.

This knowledge will make, according to the missions, the added value of these young people and will give them the legitimacy to intervene as project manager, project manager (MOE) or project owner (MOA).

Relational skills :

The relationship skills are very important to us at RADèS. This is what makes our clients recommend us, that we work on the long term and in complete confidence with them.


Students :

These are our most frequent recruitments.

Every year, RADèS welcomes future engineers in their final year.

The goal? To train them in order to recruit them afterwards.

84% of our final year interns are hired on permanent contracts following their internship.


Young graduates Bac + 5 :

38% of its recruitments are made by cooptation of our consultants.

We train them in our technologies and allow them to quickly develop their skills in order to integrate a mission.

Most often, these first missions with a client take place within a RADèS team of two to four consultants in order to be surrounded and helped by more experienced colleagues.

Our objective is to accompany these young engineers and to help them develop their skills as serenely and as well as possible.

Where do we meet? In our offices, on the mission site of one of our consultants, on the terrace over a coffee… Whatever the setting, the important thing will be the exchange with you.

Hiring, and then what? According to your profile, we will make you increase your competence in our fields of expertise, you will participate in internal projects and/or you will go on a mission to one of our clients.

    Several times a year, we meet up at different times of the year.

    Friendly moments: evening, lunch, activities (Escape Game, Axe Throwing, etc.)

    These activities are the time to see colleagues working at other clients’ homes, to share a moment and to keep in touch.


    Our consultants regularly come back to our offices to take part in working groups, internal trainings…


    The summer seminar, the culmination of multiple meetings throughout the year, allows consultants to share and appropriate the company’s strategies while strengthening their personal and professional ties.

    But it’s not just about work, it’s also a way to meet in unique places.
